The CH is for being a good looking Papillon, the RN for earning his Rally Novice title, CGC stands for Canine Good Citizen
and FDX stands for Flyball Dog Excellent.  
That means, as M. Shirley Chong stated "He's pretty and he works too!"
These titles are only the first of many working titles he will earn.  This is one smart dog.
