Nebraska SWCS Chapter

  Welcome.

The Soil & Water Conservation Society (SWCS) is a nonprofit, multidisciplinary organization for anyone interested in natural resource management and conservation. Its mission is to advocate the protection, enhancement, and wise use of soil, water, and related natural resources. Members come from government agencies, corporations, universities, consulting firms, nonprofit organizations, and special interest groups - a diversity that promotes balance and credibility.
The international headquarters of SWCS is located in Ankeny, Iowa, USA. In Nebraska there are three SWCS Chapters, 1) The Nebraska Chapter (covers most of the state), 2) The Northeast Chapter (centered around the Norfolk Nebraska area) and 3) UNL STUDENT CHAPTER, the Soil and Water Resources Club.
