The main storage area (15x13 feet) in the basement provides ample room to keep items in storage. It also provides access to the sump pit, which does not have a pump in it. . .and has never needed one.

The room with the gas furnace, hot water heater and humidifier (7x10 feet) also features shelving for storage. 50-gallon hot water heater was replaced in April 2006.
