Multi-Tasking for the TRS-80 Model 1!

The following (meticulously hand-printed) pages were given to me by John W. Garner around 1980 during a summer computer science program at the University of Missouri at Rolla, MO.  To the best of my knowledge they are his own original notes developed while delving into the workings of the TRS-80 Model 1.  A friend and I wrote all kinds of background tasks, like on-screen clocks, subliminal message displays, scrolling marquees, etc. using these notes, so I know this works.   I've never seen this mentioned elsewhere, so I thought I'd put it up in case anyone was interested.  They are scanned at 300dpi, and as such should produce a very readable printed copy.  If anyone knows where John is these days, please let me know!
