Stimulate language acquisition through appropriate use of L2 in the classroom.

Utilize a variety of reading, writing, listening, speaking and culture in the curriculum Vary your materials and method using an interdisciplinary approach.

Regard assessment as a continuation of instruction and learning. Test what you teach.

Incorporate authentic materials and themes in lessons to make learning relevant.

Promote cooperative learning through student centered activities such as pair and group work.

Use the Nebraska State Foreign Language Frameworks as a guideline to meet the educational goals of the school and community.

Continue to grow as an educator and Foreign language learner.
